Abstract


This paper theoretically clarify conglomerate inevitability and enterprise within the group must be set up as a link to the capital linkages . Economies of scale and scope economies driven , so that enterprises have been expanding , business products continue to expand , but it also brings the expansion of the internal management costs increase , so enterprise groups , especially the expansion of large-scale enterprise group is a boundary , this article on a reasonable scale enterprise group conducted a preliminary logical deduction . International Enterprise Group is the development of the market , driven by capital as a link to the formation and development , the paper summarizes the general characteristics of international conglomerates . This chapter gives a definition of Enterprise Group , describes the main features of Enterprise Group , summed up the history of development of enterprise groups in China and the current situation , indicating that the current enterprise groups in China are the main problem is not established capital ties , small scale , R \u0026 D capacity is weak . Then discusses the importance of capital and economic function , indicating ownership of capital is to determine the legal basis for competition in the market from the current international situation and departure , indicating that business groups and capital in the international competition in an important position , and thus explain the formation of corporate capital as a link Group significance. Subsequently discussed the formation of capital as a link conglomerate model and methods . Concludes with a discussion of the enterprise group competitiveness is mainly reflected in the average unit capital accumulation capacity and operational capacity , discussed in detail the meaning of these two capabilities and evaluation elements , indicating to improve its competitiveness must be based on capital as the link . Also illustrates the large enterprise groups with no necessary link between monopoly .
