Abstract


There are large land, rich natural resources, and huge potential market in the west of our homeland. There is the boundary of our country, and there are living several minorities of our big home. In despite of the New China has been established 50 years, especially, after China open to the world, all over part of our country has acquired great achievement in their economic and social development, and the live level of our people has been enhanced, the gap between the east part and the west part has been enlarged. Today we can see the west part of China is still poverty. So our party decides to develop the west part of China, want to change the situation of poverty in the west China. My article want to study what is the role of the middle-small business and it how to take the effect in the process of the West Development. I think, there is one of the most important factors of the West Development to succeed in the future. It is not only the difference of the middle mall business: between the East Part and the West Part is the main factor of gap of two part’s development level, but to develop the West’s middle-small business is helpful for enhance the rate of the employee, for enlarge the export of the West, for use the money of the West people as a capital, and for improve the strength of the West’s county. Both opportunity and difficulty exist in the course that to develop the West’s middle-small business. How can we overcome the difficulty and grasp the opportunity to strength our business I think there are two methods could be take by us. One is the government must offer a outside environment that could help the middle-small business to develop; and the other is the West’s middle-small business must train itself finer then their past’s. It must to improve their management, to enhance their ability of technique innovation. It must use the new economic technique include the network technique, the information technique, and the E-business to enhance their ability of competition; this is the advantage of the later beginner. In a word, only if the outside condition and the inner condition of the West middle-small business can be matched each other, the development of the West middle-small business and the purpose of the West Development could become true. 2000. 12. 29
