Abstract


Medium-small scale enterprise is a kind Of industrial organizationform which is comPared with large scale enterprise. It inhabit a very imPor-tant position in market economy. On one hand, medium-small scale en-terprise is the most active ce1l, it consmict a competitive system environ-ment, on the other hand, it fOster large scale enterprise and promote tech-nology progress and keep society steady. All the countries pay close atten-tion to medium-small scale enterprise, it has become a world-wide taskto develOP medium-small scale enterprise.China economy is a kind undeveloped commodity economy. The his-tory of enterprises very short. After the economy reform, medium-smallscale enterprise developed raPidly, which play an important rOle in nation-al economy. But it develoPed blindly and defOrmally.It has a strategic signification to develop medium-small enterprise inchina. FOr a country which has a history which is not good at comPetition,even restrain comPetition, is very imPortan. Otherwise, to develop medi-um-small enterprise fully give Play to improving the condition Of unrea-sonal enterprise scale strUctUre and promoting large scale enterprise to growhealmp.It needs state, society and enterprise to co-opnde to develoP medi-tun-small enterprise.
