Abstract


Since reform and opening , the rapid development of private economy , for the realization of China's economic \Since the convening of the 15th Party Congress , people's minds more liberated , local efforts to adjust and improve the ownership structure, strong momentum of development of private economy , private economy to increase state revenues , to solve the urban population employment, meet the people 's material and spiritual needs of diverse has played an irreplaceable role . The private economy is a socialist market economy, intrinsic, organic part of the socialist market economy as a whole rather than outside the accessories and \Therefore, the treatment of private economy and the public sector should be treated equally , not be discriminated against on the same starting line so that they compete fairly . As China continues to accelerate the pace of reform and opening up , the future for quite a long period of time , the private economy in the economic life play an increasing role .
