Abstract


This paper is divided into three parts. The first part : The main analysis of the current main problems facing China's agriculture , pointing out that in order to fundamentally solve these problems, to adapt to the development of agriculture and rural economy of the new stage of the existing agricultural structure must carry out strategic restructuring. Part II: Aiming at the problems of agricultural structure , focusing on improving the quality of agriculture and the rural economy and efficiency , increase farmers' income , to adjust the basic idea expounded and focus attention on the need to adjust a few aspects of the work , thereby contributing to our country agricultural structure optimization and upgrading . Part III: mainly elaborated to promote the strategic adjustment of agricultural structure is a systematic project , pointing out that the restructuring of the actual work is necessary to adhere to the principles , but also in accordance with the natural and economic laws, therefore, need to correct structural adjustment deal with several relations , which successfully completed the restructuring of the strategic task is essential.
