Abstract


Socialist spiritual civilization is an extremely important in the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics . Socialist spiritual civilization is an important feature of socialism is an important manifestation of the superiority of the socialist system . The establishment of a socialist market system , must undergo profound changes in the economic life and social life , so as to put forward new demands of socialist spiritual civilization . The course of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and achievements of a review since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee , and analysis of the problems and the solutions to this problem , has become a major issue in front of us . This article by a preliminary study of the spiritual civilization construction of the socialist market economy under the conditions of the special importance of the construction of spiritual civilization in the construction of the socialist market economic system , the formation process of the reform and opening up two decades of socialist spiritual civilization theory summarizes the significant achievements since the reform and opening up in the process of building spiritual civilization , the problem must be solved by the construction of spiritual civilization , explored new ways of spiritual civilization , new forms , new mechanisms . The paper is divided into three parts . The first section reviews the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee since the course of development of the theory of socialist spiritual civilization . The second section summarizes the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee since the construction of spiritual civilization of the great achievements made under the leadership of the party . The third section presents the strengthening of socialist spiritual civilization must solve the problem and the solutions to this problem .
