Abstract


In the Cold War , the world gradually formed a new pattern today , China's modernization has also entered into a critical stage . In the new challenges and opportunities, assess the situation , develop thinking space , based on national conditions , absorbing, is to make our country in the near future among the world's advanced ranks of the important conditions . After the Cold War , the world's general trend is toward detente , economic development, enhance the comprehensive national strength is the most important issue of universal concern . Changes in the international situation on the world economic environment and the impact of national economic situation is obvious . In East Asia, on the one hand is the sustained and rapid economic development ; hand, as an important economic development in the region tractor Japan, but because of the economic situation changes in the international situation and their own contradictions and crisis-stricken pain. Although East Asia in 1997 had been subjected to the financial crisis , however, that many countries and regions have come out from the shadow of the crisis came. East Asia after the Cold War still has the rapid development of the value of research , and its development model is also not completely negated.
