Abstract


With the further development of reforming and opening out of the world , The reform of state enterprises of China is now in the key period. AnGang (AnShan Iron & Steel Group Complex.)will face serious challenge of living and developing during reforming as overlarge enterprise in national metallurgy trade. For producing of steel and iron , supply is beyond demand around the world competition in national steel and iron market is very violence, price sink , organ superposition resource waste seriously, mechanism overlap, products can?t meet demand of market, management backward and so on within AnGang. So we must carry out inner reform and reorganize and build modern enterprise system This text mainly studies the resource reorganizing of Railway Transportation Company . The study gives an analysis of outline and problems of the company with system engineering method. It raises an assume of optimal setup of assets and a scheme of enterprise reorganization, which analyses the dividing of organs and their managing areas, and assumes the renew of equipment and reform of exploiting inner potential. The scheme of this study sets a systematic management measures, which have been fully demonstrated with their economic effects.
