Abstract


On the basis of the observation and study of the related material about international finance and banking risk, the thesis points out that the internal control in commercial bank is the foundation of the whole banking system construction and the key to ensure commercial bank even whole financial system. According to this, the thesis analyzes the present status and main question existed on the internal control in our country commercial bank ,Meanwhile,the thesis commpares the internal control in china with that In the west .As per control theory, referring to international ruleasel<banking effective supervision key rule and<enf Orce financial institution internal control directed principle>issued by the People?s Bank of China, according to safety and efficiency, the thesis puts forward the general train of thought and essential countermeasure in the internal control construction in our country commercial bank. The thesis includes five chapters: The first chapter: on the basis of the internal control concept in our country commercial bank compared with one another, the thesis elaborates the aim~ the principle. the essential factor in the internal control in commercial bank abundantly. Abecedarian discovered the theory model of the internal control in commercial bank. The second chapter: from the theory’s and reality angle, the thesis analyzes the necessity to enforce the internal control in our country’s commercial bank. The third chapter: the thesis reviews the historical development process in the internal control in our country’s commercial bank concisely and points the main question existed in the internal control in our country’s commercial bank. The fourth chapter: the thesis generalizes and summarizes the main content in the internal control in the overseas commercial bank, meanwhile, with commparisons between the internal control in Chinese commercial bank and that in the west, the thesis reveals inspiration to our country. The fifth chapter: using the experience of the internal control in the west commercial bank for reference, in view of the main question existed in our country’s commercial bank,combining our country’s commercial bank reality, the thesis puts forward the train of thought and countermeasure on enforcing and improving the control in our country’s commercial bank.
