Abstract


Product liability is the product of producers, sales production , sales or defective product and the perception by others suffered property damage or physical injury , and should bear the legal consequences . It belongs to a special tort law provisions . The subject of proceedings determined by the product liability law , imputation principle , jurisdiction , scope of responsibility , responsibility , aging regimes and general tort law , to form a branch of tort law to fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers .
