Abstract

Just because of small size, medium-sized and small enterprises (MSSEs) are weak in competition with large-sized enterprises. But MSSEs play a peculiar role in the economy development of one country. Throughout the world, many countries take good care of the development of their MSSEs and have particular policies to help them. In the past, MSSEs had not been given enough concern in China. In recent years, with the emerging of Chinese macro-economy problems, Chinese MSSEs are paid attention to. In the process of development, Chinese MSSEs have lots of problems, such as low technology, weak management, bad corporate governance, deficit of / fund etc. In this thesis fund-raising problems of Chinese MSSEs are studied. Because fund play a important part in a enterprise and deficit of fund have limited Chinese MSSEs?development. The thesis comprises three chapters. When discussing the problem, we follow the logic of putting forward problems, analyzing problems and solving problems. Chapter 1 is the introduction of the thesis .In my essay, I don抰 follow ordinary writing pattern to put forward questions, but deal with the Southeast Asia financial crisis and acquire some inspirations from it. Based on that, I go on analyzing the important status and function of the MSSEs in the national economy and their difficulties in getting fund, then I put forward the topic of the thesis. Chapter 2 is the emphasis of the article. It analyzes the circumstances and reasons of the MSSEs?difficulties in getting fund. Chapter 3 follows the former chapter to question the methods solving the MSSEs?difficulties in getting fund. This is the home of the thesis. The contents of every chapter are as follows: Chapter 1 is an introduction. We draw a conclusion from Southeast Asia financial crisis that good attitude to MSSEs results in less loss to economy in the crisis. The MSSEs have important effect on China抯 economy, the discussion of which forms the thesis?main content. The MSSEs are important parts of a rational social product system, a stabilization machinery of society and the important force to animate market, which have the ability to absorb new technology, therefore become the key factor to our local economy抯 development. The MSSEs are confronted with many problems in their developing process, but the shortage of fund is the most outstanding, which is the reason why in the thesis it is chosen to discuss. In order to make writing convenient and avoid divergence, section 2 defines the concepts of MSSEs and financing(fund-raising). Chapter 2 is divided into 3 sections and probes into the status quo and reasons of lhe MSSEs?financing difficulties. Section 1 illustrates the present situation of the MSSEs?financing. The description of the present situation is the premise to analyze problems in the following sections.The thesis describes the present situation of the difficulties in the MSSEs?financing from two angles of quantity and quality. We point out that the loans what the MSSEs have got can not compare to the contribution which they have done to national economy and we have given specific descriptions of the difficulties in the MSSEs?financing.
