Abstract

In this study, Wulabo wild state Mongolian leek as experimental material, their growth habitat microclimate, phenology, morphology biology, physical and chemical properties, endogenous hormones and other aspects of the study, the results showed that: a Mongolian leek turning green to March 30 or so, around April 14th leaf, to April 19, the Mongolian leek has entered full leaf expansion, June 3 new leaves around germination, and also accompanied by about bolting process, Mongolia leek Go to Start bolting. June 8 after entering fully bolting 2-3 weeks after the Mongolian leek into the budding stage, one week into the early flowering stage, two Zhouhou Sheng flowering, to enter the final flowering in early August, some start strong, flowering up to one month or so. However, due to climate and other factors, failed to observe the various Mongolian leek seed maturation period. Mongolia leek pollen viability at 25 ℃ higher than 18 ℃, the highest pollen viability flowering in full bloom, the temperature at 20 ~ 25 ℃ when pollination best results. Seed weight is 3.41g, newly collected seeds indoor germination rate was higher than 90%, saving a year later, the germination rate rose to 97%, the third year of decline, but remained at 90%, but the Mongolian leek seeds seedling emergence rate but had less than 40%. 2 Mongolian leek from turning green to bolting soluble sugar and starch trends closer to the downward trend in the whole growth period, the volatility of different periods showing regular change, and there is a slight increase in the bolting stage, when a large number of soluble sugar and bolting lower starch content. Reducing sugar content in the whole growth period showed up - down - up - down fluctuation of the law change, and reached the maximum at bolting stage, marking the shift plants from vegetative reproductive growth. From the start of reviving Mongolia leek leaf protein content decreased, before squaring period reduced to a minimum value, the entire growth process downward trend. The experimental results show that: the whole growth process is not conducive to high protein content bolting, flowering, but the vegetative growth can promote. Mongolia leek squaring period from germination to chlorophyll concentrations are high, and with the phenology showing regular fluctuations. In Mongolia leek entire growth process, peroxidase (POD) and α-amylase at different growth stages with different variations, and with the phenology, growth state, temperature, precipitation has great relevance, performance In the germination stage, two kinds of enzyme activity is strong, bolting pre-peroxidase (POD) activity increased, while the α-amylase is decreased. 3 Mongolian leek leaves throughout the growing period of IAA content than ABA, GA3, IAA leaves can promote high levels of plant growth and development, relatively high levels of GA3 and ABA flowering in bolting play a catalytic role, but not conducive to vegetative growth . IAA/GA3 ratios higher plant itself is conducive to growth and flower morphogenesis; ABA / IAA ratio is conducive to higher growth and from vegetative growth to reproductive growth transformation; while ABA/GA3 nutritional benefit ratio is high organ differentiation in Mongolia leek nutrition plays an important role in the growth, but not conducive to bolting, flowering plants.
