Abstract

Coiler is extremely important equipment , hot rolling production line performance a direct impact on the quality of the finished strip and the production efficiency of the entire unit . Research of high-performance , high - intensity coiler is an important task of the steel manufacturer around the world , and has made ??great progress . However , domestic use coiler skill levels , most of the international level of the sixties and the seventies . Therefore , study the dynamic behavior of the coiler , the use of the status quo theory and methods to make technical improvements to existing equipment , with huge economic benefits . This article is mainly for Taiyuan Iron and Steel Group # winder take loose volume , the tower first class coiling quality problems , theoretical studies and several plant simulation . Equipment that may exist in a variety of research coiling system based on the dynamical behavior of the reel in the take-up is a key factor affecting the shape of the volume . This topic first departure from the vibration theory , to do a detailed analysis of the dynamics of the take-up of the entire process , the establishment of the mathematical model of the different stages of coiling ; then analyze the roll moment of inertia , and the establishment of a mathematical model of the web tension control derive a theoretical expression of the moment of inertia . Subsequent study the dynamic behavior of the reel mechanical ; Finally, using MATLAB software on the dynamic behavior of the coiler dynamic simulation to make a reasonable interpretation of the internal mechanism of the bad shape of the volume . Formula obtained in this paper , the basic information and analysis of the results , and for further research and engineering application .
