Abstract

Insecticidal plant Celastrus angulatus main active ingredient present in the root bark, more than 20 secondary metabolites isolated from the root bark of the current main insecticidal active substances of celangulin Ⅴ represented by poison kill ingredients and represented celangulin Ⅳ anesthesia ingredients. This article of celangulin Ⅴ celangulin Ⅳ, celangulin Ⅴ celangulin. Ⅳ, and the mixture of the two were separated take root bark residues in the active substance mixed interaction relationship study, experimental The results are as follows: 1. Different manifestations of celangulin Ⅴ and celangulin, the Ⅳ different dose than mix of poisoning insects, the mix of the two main symptoms of anesthesia ratio is less than 10:1 mix ratio of 10-20: poisoning insects 1 between the first performance of anesthesia, over a period of time after the start cramps, dehydration death, no obvious symptoms excitement; mix performance ratio is greater than 20:1, poisoning insects cramps, dehydration death of symptoms, symptoms of excitement no celangulin the Ⅴ single with severe. 2. When the same the Ⅳ dose of celangulin a ups and downs, with the a mixed the dose V celangulin increase, the rate of insects anesthesia, first increases and then decreases, the celangulin Ⅴ and celangulin Ⅳ dose ratio of 10:1, and 3.2 times the Ⅳ single celangulin with; anesthesia time in both dose ratio of less than 10:1 has been on the increase, and then remain unchanged, anesthesia time than the longest Celastrus angulatus Ⅳ with long-18h; unchanged when the celangulin Ⅴ dose, The cytotoxic activity celangulin Ⅴ gradually increased with the a mixed the IV dose celangulin increase, the maximum Celastrus vine Ⅴ single 2.4 times. 3. The co-toxicity coefficient of celangulin Ⅴ and celangulin, IV to 10:1 mix index for judging the anesthesia was as 152.30, mortality index for judging the toxicity coefficient of 91.72 poisoning was judging indexes co-toxicity coefficient 134.54, both mixed with some degree of synergies; of impurities and celangulin IV 5:1 mix of co-toxicity coefficient for 147.15, synergies; impurities and celangulin Ⅴ to a 4:5 mix cotoxicity coefficient for 67.18 antagonism. Of celangulin IV and the celangulin Ⅴ to 1:10 and then mixed with impurities 1:3 mix of co-toxicity coefficient 59.12 antagonism. 4. When doses of celangulin Ⅳ unchanged the celangulin Ⅴ, and celangulin Ⅳ mix 1:1,10:1,20:1, poisoning insects in vivo glutamate content in 10:1 minimum, the gamma-aminobutyric acid content in 10:1 highest Valley - pyruvic transaminase activity and glutamate levels lift trend, glutamic acid decarboxylase activity elevating trend is just the opposite; When celangulin the Ⅴ's amount of the same, of celangulin Ⅴ and celangulin, Ⅳ when mixed to 1:1,10:1,20:1, poisoning insects vivo glutamate content, with the mixing of Celastrus angulatus prime increase in the dose of IV and gradually reduce the gamma-aminobutyric acid content increased glutamic acid decarboxylase activity increased gradually waning Valley - pyruvic transaminase activity.
