Abstract


In order to increase the survival rate of isolation of Thicholoma matsutalce抯 pure culture strain, comprehend its nutrition characteristics, and recognize the soil microecological relation of 77 matsutalce growth zone in Changbai Mountains Area, the studies have been carried through for three years. The results show:(1)A great deal of natural nutriment can accelerate the mycelium growth of 77 mats utake and affect its colonial morphology, and therefore have high-applied value in the research of 77 matsutake抯 cultivation.(2)The suitable content of organic complex nitrogen source can accelerate the myceliuni growth of 77 matsutake, and the colonial morphology of T mats utake changes regularly along with the change of organic complex nitrogen source抯 content.(3)Among the media used in the experiment, the medium with the extract of T matsutak.e growth zone soil is the best isolating medium, and the effects of fungi mycelium extract-wheat bran extract medium and fruit juice medium are outstanding in the ~憉ltivation of 7? matsutake抯 mycelium.(4)The soil condition and the distribution of the symbiotic plant抯 root system are the important factors that affect the competition between 77 matsutake and soil microbes in 77 matsutake growth zone. If the environmental condition is advantageous, 7? matsutake can restrain and expel the most kinds of microbes in definite extension. In order to comprehend the microecological relation of 7? matsutake growth zone clearly, the comprehensive investigation which takes natural wood land for the main2research place and combines with environmental factors is necessary(5)The research of T matsuake ought to be combined with the nature, and ascertain true life disciplinarian of T. matsutake by way of approaching and simulating the nature.
