Abstract


The Practice of building livable city is the level of access to high-quality urban development phase of an inevitable choice, pleasant living is the basic characteristics of cities. Livable city construction of China is also the "people-oriented" ruling concept and sustainable scientific development view, is the embodiment of the urban development from extensive city to economic city exploration. The Beijing city master plan (2004-2020) established“livable cities”as one of the goals of the urban development in urban construction and opened a new era, which is approved by the state council in 2005, many cities take“livable cities”as its future urban development goals. The community to urban habitability research also then become focus, how to understand a livable cities connotation, how to evaluate a city of livable level, what are the factors affect the city livable level are all urgently needed exploration and study all walks of the society.Urban habitability closely related to the development and economic development, regional features prominent. This article communicated the Living environment theory, Sustainable development theory, Ecological city theory and the research of livable cities at home and abroad were reviewed to construct the city habitability evaluation index system from the connotation and feature of its. Meanwhile the article take the cities of Zhejiang province for empirical research object, exploratory using TOPSIS evaluation method to urban livable level measurement and comprehensive evaluation. Then, based Zhejiang urban development foundation and habitability evaluation results, this article analyses livable city of Zhejiang and city level from the main influence factors, objectively reflect the feelings and livable city residents from urban economic development level, and improve the urban environment, perfect infrastructure and strengthening social put people’s livelihood development of urban livable level ascension related policy Suggestions.Research found that 11 city of Zhejiang in 2005-2009 overall livable level is not improved significantly and the disparity between cities livable bigger; Provincial city livable level within existing regional differences, zhejiang northeastern city of habitability southwestern city of Zhejiang widely superior; Every city in the evaluation of each subsystem is imbalanced development exists, but as an ascending boards livable level of key areas, all of the accurate judgement of the Zhejiang urban development have important practical significance. This paper tentatively, using TOPSIS analysis method in a certain degree evaluation objects pass in addition to increasing existing reverse problem.
