The charge transfer reaction is based on the charge transfer between the electron donor and electron acceptor to form charge transfer complexes of a class of reaction. Applied to drug analysis and the formation of charge transfer method with its simple, fast, accurate and demonstrated a good prospect. This paper focuses on the charge transfer reaction with ultraviolet spectrophotometry, fluorescence spectrophotometry determination of antibiotics and derivative technique Synchronous Fluorescence Spectrometry Determination of amikacin in body fluids launched a series of research work. The thesis is divided into five parts. Summary of the first part of the review is divided into two parts: The first part introduces the mechanism of charge transfer complex formation, charge transfer reaction in medicine, chemistry and research progress. The second part introduces the synchronous fluorescence analysis in pharmaceutical analysis. The second part of roxithromycin with iodine charge transfer reaction and its determination by UV spectrophotometry by means of electron body roxithromycin (roxithromycin) and electron acceptor iodine (I 2 sub >) between the charge-transfer reaction, to determine the optimum reaction conditions. Experimental results show that: roxithromycin with iodine in ethanol solution at room temperature to form a stable 1:1.5 complex, Lmax = 290,360 nm, roxithromycin concentration in the range of 2 to 500 mg / L obeys Beer's law, the proposed method of determination of capsules, dispersible tablets roxithromycin content, results consistent with the pharmacopoeia method, the recovery rate from 96.2% to 101.94%. The third part of the charge transfer - Fluorescence Spectrometry amikacin fluorescence spectrometry studied by means of electron donor amikacin (amikacin, AK) and electron acceptor 2,3 - cyanide -5,6 - dichloro-1 ,4 - benzoquinone (DDQ) between the charge-transfer reaction, to determine the optimum reaction conditions, the establishment of a high sensitivity, good selectivity determination of amikacin new method. And this method is applied to the Determination of amikacin in pharmaceutical preparations. Results and the labeled amount, the recovery rate of 96.15 to 103.42%. The fourth part of the charge transfer - synchronous fluorescence spectrophotometric determination of serum, urine amikacin content of the charge transfer - Synchronous Fluorescence Spectrometry Determination of Human Serum amikacin (AK) content and charge transfer - derivative synchronous fluorescence Direct Determination of Amikacin (AK) content in the urine sample, and effectively avoid the interference of serum and urine samples for drugs, the success of direct determination of amikacin in the serum, urine, and serum, urine drug recoveries were determined, and the results are satisfactory, the method is simple, high sensitivity, low detection limit, provides a method for amikacin clinical drug monitoring and pharmacokinetic studies Fundamentals. The fifth part of the main conclusions and outlook summary of the main conclusions of this study, innovation, and deficiencies and taking the next step of this study were discussed.
