Abstract


This thesis is analyzed from a cross-cultural perspective an important interpersonal skills - language persuasion skills . The article describes in detail the impact of language persuasion skills to select the environmental characteristics of Eastern and Western cultures , and some important theoretical persuasion skills development history and scholars in the United States for decades . Then , of the use of the existing foreign persuasion skills related to research carried out inspection, the persuasion skills of the Chinese people observed adapt or not , and to compare the two from a cross-cultural perspective , to identify the similarities and differences and the inherent impact of cultural factors . The results show that : ( 1 ) Chinese choice for persuasion skills influenced by the context , which is consistent with the findings of Western scholars , ( 2) due to the the Han inherent cultural factors in persuading the Chinese people frequently repay skills , or bluntly persuasion, ( 3) personal factors such as gender, age , and siblings circumstances choose for persuasion techniques have a great impact . Persuasion skills of the research is still rare in China , the paper also only in respect of its aspects were more in-depth discussion of interested in this more comprehensive and more profound , and more systematic research .
