Abstract


The object of study is 1917-1970 years, Chinese contemporary rural novels . Select the sociological significance of most of the novel, first novel reflects the sociological analysis , and then combine theoretical and practical study of sociology sociological novel reflects the content of the degree , and finally explore the sociological expression of novel trends and causes. The first part of the work analysis, based on contemporary Chinese social change with the local farmers to choose the most dramatic period of five representative works . These five periods are: the Revolution , Revolutionary War twenties , thirties imperialist economic forces during the invasion , the agrarian revolution and land reform and agricultural co-operative movement during the struggle period. The second part of the novel , as reflected in sociology and sociology actual content to be controlled . This section is divided into four research questions are: structural problems of rural society , farmers' social awareness issues , problems and rural grass-roots organization of power relations between farmers and the Chinese revolution . The third section presents contemporary Chinese Rural Novels sociological significance weakening view that the performance of two things: First, the conceptualization of symbolic image of farmers ; Second, emotional way of writing the novel . The reason is that writers and discusses social problems gradual loss of consciousness and literature gradually strong political overtones .
