Objective To study the evaluation of dermoscopy in the diagnosis of non - pigmented light keratoses of the face value , to provide an effective tool for future epidemiological investigations to carry out light keratoses carry . Methods April 2009 to November 2009 , to my hospital dermatology facial suspected light keratoses lesions treatment of clinical patients 40 cases . Male 27 cases , 13 females ; aged 46 to 88 years old ; course of 2-20 years . Sensitivity, specificity, respectively, of its line of skin microscopic examination and histopathological examination ; pathological diagnosis as the \consistency. Results compare with the pathological diagnosis , two doctors dermoscopy diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of the face of non - pigmented light keratoses , Youden index and Kappa values ??were 90.91% , 88.89% , 79.80% , and 0.798 ( P gt ; 0.05) , and 86.36% , 94.44% , 80.80% , 0.800 ( P gt; 0.05 ) . Conclusions of dermoscopy technology to face non- pigmented light keratoses diagnosis histopathology there is good consistency .
