Abstract


Securities investment funds in China's development time is not long, but it has an irreplaceable role in the accumulation of social idle funds , the inhibition of the stock market price fluctuations . The smooth operation of securities investment funds will ultimately related to China 's sustained , stable and healthy development . This paper reviews the history of the development of China 's securities investment funds , the system summarizes the necessity and possibility of China's reform and securities investment fund management , on this basis, combined with state-of-the-art investment fund management experience , innovation and improvement of China 's securities investment fund management specific measures . The main contents are as follows : 1. Overview of the securities investment fund concept , characteristics , classification, distribution methods , etc. ; 2. Summarizes the common characteristics of the United States, Britain , Japan and other major developed countries, management of securities investment funds ; 3 . Our current outstanding problems that exist in the securities industry , systematic analysis of the necessity and possibility of China's reform and securities investment fund management ; 4. Through a combination of foreign advanced management experience , how to innovate and improve China 's securities investment fund management , that is, from the Fund , the stock market , business institutions , regulatory bodies and other aspects of the reform .
