The purpose of comparative analysis of cytochrome P450 2A13 mRNA and protein expression levels in the organization, oral cancer tissue and corresponding paraneoplastic explore the cytochrome P450 2A13 associated with oral cancer and its clinical significance. Using real-time quantitative PCR method detected 26 cases of oral cancer tissue and its corresponding adjacent tissues the cytochrome oxidase P4502A13 mRNA expression. CEQ8000 sequencing instrument for real-time quantitative PCR products were sequenced to identify the specificity of the PCR product. Western-blotting technology qualitative analysis of 26 cases of oral cancer and its corresponding paraneoplastic organizations in of CYP2A13 the protein expression. Real-time quantitative PCR results using SPSS14.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of the data, the rank sum test analysis. While analysis CYP2A13 expression with clinical and biological characteristics of the relationship. Results of a quantitative PCR technique CYP2A13 mRNA expression quantitative analysis: (1) CYP2A13mRNA in oral cancer tissue expression of 22.1731, below its corresponding adjacent normal tissue expression 30.8269 (P = 0.0202), The difference was statistically significant. (2) CYP2A13mRNA expression in oral cancer organizations: (1) expression in male cancer tissue 12.3846 14.6154 the female cancer tissue expression (P = .2397), the difference was not statistically significant; ② age ≤ 55-year-old cancer tissue Expression 9.6 gt age; expression in the 55-year-old cancer tissue 15.9375 (P = 0.0204), the difference was statistically significant; ③ expression of metastasis in patients with cancer organization 11.7692 expression in the cancer tissue without metastasis 15.2308 ( P = 0.1321), the difference was not statistically significant; ④ well differentiated patients with cancer who express 13.9524 expression in poorly differentiated patients with cancer who 11.6 (P = 0.2847), the difference was not statistically significant; ⑤ early (I II) patients in the cancer tissue expression of 17.375, the expression in (Ⅲ Ⅳ) in patients with advanced cancer who 11.7778 (P = 0.0452), the difference was statistically significant. 2. Western-blotting technology qualitative analysis of the protein expression of CYP2A13: oral cancer tissue CYP2A13 protein expression was significantly lower than the expression levels of its organization in the corresponding paraneoplastic. CYP2A13 protein expression and mRNA expression in tissue samples is basically the same, and further verification CYP2A13 mRNA expression in tissue consistency. The conclusions of this study indicate that CYP2A13 expression in oral cancer tissue to reduce CYP2A13 function of the CYP2A13 expression level differences in the molecular basis of oral cancer development, CYP2A13 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of oral cancer. CYP2A13 reduced expression in cancer tissues may be in the process of development of oral cancer self-protection effect. And the impact of the outcome of the down-regulation of the gene expression levels of the tumor to be further studied.
