Abstract


Objective: To evaluate the outside of joint angle the limbal conjunctiva approach orbitotomy in resection orbital rear tumors in clinical effects . Outer canthus horizontal incision extended to the next the lateral orbitotomy line the lower eyelid lashes or eyebrow \Take medial conjunctival limbal conjunctival incision 180 ° cut to the inside and on the bottom of conjunctival incision 270 ° , 360 ° conjunctival incision in three ways . On the clinical effect of the modified lateral open- orbital and traditional lateral joint caruncle medial conjunctival incision compared Results: surgery surgical field a good addition to the two cases of venous angioma partial resection of the remaining tumor is completely resected . Six cases of more than 2 lines of visual acuity improved , decreased visual acuity 2 Walker 3 cases , three cases of optic nerve sheath meningioma patients surgical resection of the optic nerve which vision loss ; five cases of no change . 16 cases of early varying degrees of ptosis and restricted eye movement , gradually disappeared after six months ; cases permanent ptosis after June line ptosis surgery, results were satisfactory . 15 cases Enophthalmos . Postoperative combined the tumor pathological examination of the results of follow-up or radiotherapy chemotherapy . One cases of lacrimal gland benign pleomorphic adenoma recurrence after 2 years .
