Abstract


Modern enterprise management people as the most valuable corporate resources, through to fully mobilize and play to people's enthusiasm and creativity in order to obtain the best working effect , to ensure that business goals , employee motivation has become an important part of enterprise management . Private sector after an initial start-up stage , and gradually move towards large scale. However, with the expansion of business scale , large enterprises and small mechanisms disharmony contradictions more obvious each day , family management were not suited to the new situation, the enterprise need to establish effective and scientific staff incentive and restraint mechanisms , to maximize excitation potential of employees in order to create more value. In this paper, Dalian Lunda Construction Company employee incentive issues study. Lunda Construction Company employees by demand conditions survey to find out the advantages of employees to meet the needs and gaps , accordingly Lunda employees incentives are analyzed and recommendations for improvement. In short, the corporate revitalization depends on employees ' enthusiasm, creative play , scientific and effective selection and use of incentive approaches that can from the depth and breadth to mobilize staff inherent potential , improve staff motivation and increase cohesion , thereby promoting continued development .
