Abstract


The SCP model is used to study the theory of industrial organization important means of an industry. By the theory of industrial organization of market structure, market behavior and market performance of government and three basic part of industrial organization policy. Structure, behavior and performance exist between causality, market structure decided the enterprise market behavior, enterprise behavior and decide the market economic performance, and the market behavior in turn affect the market structure.As is known to all, the coal industry is the foundation of the national economy industry, bearing the economic development and social progress historical mission. As the most important in shanxi coal energy base and coal conveying province, long-term since, always is shouldering the assurance of safety production in coal mine coal supply and the important mission, to promote national economic development and guarantee the national energy demand made great contribution. Based on the background of coal resources integration, the use of classic SCP paradigm of shanxi coal industry in-depth study. First of all, the first two chapters detailed introduction of the development of the theory of industrial organization and coal industry genre of development present situation, the existence question, and introduces the progression of coal resources integration. Next, main part quotes the SCP paradigm in shanxi coal industry, a detailed analysis of the industrial structure of coal industry part of industrial concentration and empirical analysis into withdrawal barrier, market behavior is part of the coal industry pricing and around the coal resources integration in enterprise merger restructuring behavior performance study study, part is the resource integration of shanxi coal industry before and after the performance, the main research study resource allocation efficiency, return on sales and technical level and safety level.
