Abstract


This paper uses the China Securities Growth Enterprise Board market as the background, by analyzing the existing investment approach at home and abroad, selects a relatively familiar corporation on Growth Enterprise Board which is Gansu Dayu Water-Saving Group Co., Ltd as research subject, starts from the equivalence between economic value’s implementation level of corporate strategy and the intrinsic value of the corporation, by analyzing the value of related factors, uses valuation theory and management science theory, considers the evaluation as comprehensively as possible, and establishes quantitative models which can reflect the estimated enterprise value better. Its measurement results can be useful for researchers and investors as reference.This paper consists of the following five components:PartⅠ:Introduction. By analyzing the background of China Securities Growth Enterprise Board market, it describes characteristics of public corporations on Growth Enterprise Board and its investment value’s importance. It also describes this paper’s ideas, methods and reasons, and innovation.PartⅡ:Review and analysis at home and abroad, and valuation theory and management theory involved in the paper. It analyzes popularly domestic and foreign investment valuation methods of public corporations and the limitations of public corporations on Growth Enterprise Board’s value assessment. This paper describes the theory in the valuation of income approach, value-driven factor theory, benchmarking theory and performance evaluation of management theory which is involved.PartⅢ:Dayu Water-Saving Group Co., Ltd’s value related factors analysis. Complete analysis of investment value, including macroeconomic analysis, industry analysis and corporation analysis. First, macroeconomic analysis is conducted. It focuses on the analysis of macroeconomic environment and economic growth. It is the premise of the background and industry analysis. Next, it is industry analysis which is based on macroeconomic analysis, and discusses industry growth, periodicity and competitive status and changes. Finally, based on the above analysis, it analyzes and determines corporation benchmarking level and its operation level.PartⅣ:Dayu Water-Saving Group Co., Ltd’s quantitative analysis of investment value. On the basis of qualitative analysis, this part attempts to start with corporate strategy’s achievement degree. By using the valuation of income approach theory, value-driven factor theory, benchmarking theory and performance evaluation (BSC and fish bone diagram) theory, it establishes quantitative model of corporation’s benchmarking value and intrinsic value, and it also estimates corporation’s investment value by considering the effect of both financial and non-financial indicators.PartⅤ:This paper uses corporation’s evaluation method to do limitation analysis. It analyzes the limitations of benchmarking selection, income approach valuation theory, non-financial indicators’ detail weight determination and the questionnaire scoring methods.
