The aim of the present study were detected by SP immunohistochemistry paraffin sections of tissue of surgical specimens of COX-2 and bFGF in gastric cancer and adjacent normal tissues, to explore their expression with clinicopathologic characteristics and angiogenesis of gastric cancer (gastric carcinoma) provide a theoretical basis for the relationship between the clinical anti-tumor angiogenesis therapy. MATERIALS AND METHODS random collection and choose my hospital (Taian Central Hospital) from January 2009 to August 2009 data complete surgical resection with pathologically confirmed 38 cases of primary gastric cancer patient organizations (both first surgery) 36 cases of patients with paraneoplastic the 5cm tissue specimens, the latter as a control group. Sliced ??4 per patient, using immunohistochemical SP method determination of the expression of COX-2 and bFGF, to mark the number of microvessels in vascular endothelial cell count per unit area with anti-CD34 monoclonal antibody results with SAS 9.0 statistical analysis, p lt ; 0.05 as significant criteria. The results (1) COX-2 expression in gastric carcinoma was 71.05%, while the 5cm organization paracancerous positive expression rate was 0, 5cm tissue next to the cancer is not detected in the expression of COX-2. III, IV gastric cancer patients with tissue COX-2 positive expression rate was significantly higher than Ⅰ, Ⅱ of positive expression rate, both compared to a statistically significant (p lt; 0.01). The positive expression rate of lymph node metastasis in lymph node metastasis, the two were statistically significant (p lt; 0.05). COX-2 expression and the patient's age, gender, tumor size, tumor location, degree of differentiation, depth of invasion, no correlation (p gt; 0.05). (2) bFGF in patients with gastric cancer tissues positive expression rate was 60.53%, while the adjacent tissues positive expression rate of 27.78%, compared to a statistically significant (p lt; 0.05). Patients with gastric cancer tissues Ⅰ, Ⅱ period bFGF positive expression rate was 22.22%; Ⅲ Phase IV positive expression rate was 72.41 percent, both compared to a statistically significant (p lt; 0.01); positive expression rate of lymph node metastasis ( 71.43%) was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis (30.00%, both compared to a statistically significant (p lt; 0.05). bFGF expression and patient gender, age, tumor size, tumor location, histological grade, invasion depth correlation (p gt; 0.05) (3) CD34 marker in patients with gastric cancer tissues microvascular density (MVD) results show, the MVD (52.19 ± 13.73) than those without lymph node metastasis of cancerous tissue lymph node metastasis group (36.38 ± 12.05); deep tissue cancer tissue infiltration to the MVD (53.96 ± 18.82) higher than that of non-invasive carcinoma MVD (28.75 ± 15.73) Statistically, the difference was significant statistically significant ( p lt; 0.05). (4) the COX-2.bFGF gastric tissue expression and MVD are closely related with the expression of COX-2.bFGF strength increase, MVD tended to increase. conclusion 1.COX-2 in gastric carcinoma in the high expression of COX-2 expression and tumor stage, lymphatic metastasis, but has nothing to do with age, sex, degree of differentiation and depth of invasion in gastric carcinoma. 2.bFGF higher than the adjacent tissues, bFGF Expression and tumor stage lymphatic metastasis, but are nothing to do with age, sex, degree of differentiation and depth of invasion. 3. the prompt COX-2.bFGF both tumor angiogenesis may be synergistic, MVD. COX-2.bFGF three joint detection may help determine the gastric cancer staging and lymph node metastasis.
