Abstract


Stock index futures market to avoid systemic risk is the most important tool, is the current focus of attention of China's securities market, the paper is divided into three parts to the development of China's stock index futures on several key issues. The first chapter, \First introduced stock index futures which financial derivatives in the world in recent years, the rapid development trend: Section 2 describes the spot trading of stock index futures is different from some notable features, as well as stock index futures market risk aversion and price discovery Main functions; Section III presents several stock index calculation methods, mainly arithmetic mean, geometric mean and weighted average method; finally introduces standards constitute the basic elements of stock index futures contracts, including the underlying index, trading units, Tick, the final settlement price and so on. The second chapter, \Section analyzes the stock market risk categories, and how to use hedging transactions to eliminate systemic risk; Section II analyzes the stock index futures reasonable price projections, and how to use the actual price and stock index futures reasonable price deviations arbitrage trading at the same time to avoid price risk to get a guaranteed income; Section III analyzes the use of stock index futures for speculative trading characteristics, and how to use index futures to perform index-based investment. The third chapter is \First analyzes the necessity of introduction of stock index futures; Section II discusses the feasibility of introduction of stock index futures; Section III assesses our current stock system, and how a more rational preparation for the market needs new indices proposed some suggestions; fourth choice from the exchange, the regulatory system, the transaction subject, transactions, contract design and other aspects of how the design of a more scientific mode of operation of stock index futures market made a number of observations; Section V of how to improve China stock index futures market regulatory and supervisory system, and establish a sound risk management system; final one is the author of the text summary.
