Abstract

This thesis consists of the following components: The first chapter introduces some basic concepts of cryptography and terminology . Including the classification of cryptography , the typical structure of cryptography , cryptanalysis methods , and describes different classification methods of cryptographic algorithms . The second chapter describes commonly used cryptographic algorithms . Include common private key cryptographic algorithms and public key cryptography algorithm , described the principle and the advantages and disadvantages of various algorithms , the focus will elliptic curve algorithm and several other public-key cryptography algorithm compared to illustrate the advantages of elliptic curve algorithm . The third chapter introduces the theory of elliptic curves . Including the introduction of elliptic curves , curve arithmetic geometric meaning , elliptic curves over finite fields and elliptic curve domain parameters meaning. The fourth chapter is based on elliptic curve method for data encryption and digital signature . Reference to the existing public key cryptography algorithm : ElGamal, DSA algorithm theory , indicating the data based on elliptic curve encryption, decryption and digital signature . Chapter details the implementation of elliptic curve cryptography . Introduced in the system design process involved in the key issues and specific solutions , and a brief description of the function of the system . Chapter 6 describes a typical cryptographic protocols and cryptographic system implementations. Illustrates the cryptographic protocols and their application in the security system , and analyzes the current widely used cryptographic system typical implementations.
