Abstract


[ Objective] To study the new high-risk pregnancy screening programs to improve the quality of management of focus groups during pregnancy . [Method] The method of data access and survey analysis Shanghai high-risk pregnancy screening of the current status of research on this basis to develop new emphasis on disease screening programs and pilot implementation of the city's districts and counties , by comparing before and after implementation of the new program ( 2008 VS 2009 April- April-June ) screening of high-risk pregnancy management effectiveness , assess the superiority of the new scheme . [Results ] new emphasis on disease screening program after the implementation of the pilot : (1 ) Community Health Center with two , three confinements hospital high-risk pregnancy detection rate of 34.00% and 29.10% , respectively, decreased to 2.24% and 1.60% , respectively ; (2) community health service centers and two dynamic factors , of three confinements hospital detected high-risk pregnancy factors proportion increased by 14.24% and 16.80 % to 17.90% and 19.78% ( P ( 0.05 ) ; ( 3 ) community health service centers and three confinements hospital detection of high-risk pregnancy diseases of ≥ 2 times by the flow of people , senior citizens, uterine scar pregnancy complicated by heart disease , hypertensive disorders in pregnancy , gestational diabetes or gestational diabetes and hyperthyroidism during pregnancy / hypothyroidism ; (4) high-risk pregnancy screening referral form recoveries increased by 47.64% to 81.05 % ( P ( 0.01 ) , timely follow-up rate increased from 84.78% to 96.90 % ( P ( 0.05 ) [Conclusion] The new focus , the implementation of the follow-up rate of 82.61% rise to 95.35 % ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; ( 5 ) satisfaction was significantly higher than that of high-risk pregnancy management and high-risk pregnant women to focus on disease screening of high - risk ratings screening . disease screening programs to improve the clinical value of the high-risk pregnancy screening , but also increase the management efficiency of the referral, follow-up and follow - up measures to promote high-risk pregnancy system to enhance the overall quality of care .
