Objective: To investigate the parecoxib sodium preemptive analgesia combined with low dose fentanyl in laparoscopic surgery postoperative analgesia clinical results. Methods: ASA Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ grade , aged 29 to 53 years old, weighing 45 to 75kg , height 150-173 cm , elective laparoscopic surgery in patients with a total of 56 patients were randomly divided into two groups: parecoxib sodium preemptive analgesia group (A ) and intravenous parecoxib sodium surgery group (B ) , 28 cases in each group . Group A: 30 minutes before the skin incision injected intravenously injection of parecoxib sodium 40 mg , 30 minutes before the end of surgery intravenous injection of fentanyl citrate injection 1.0ug/kg ; B group : 30 minutes before the end of surgery intravenous injection of parecoxib sodium 40mg and fentanyl citrate injection 1.0ug/kg . Were evaluated and recorded at baseline and at different time points after surgery VAS pain score , Ramsay sedation score ; append two different periods of record after 0-12 hours and 13-24 hours of fentanyl the total amount as well as nausea, vomiting , pruritus , drowsiness , respiratory depression, such as hematuria adverse events ; record all patients parecoxib sodium intravenously , 12 hours after intravenous injection , intravenous injection after 24 hours at different points coagulation , renal function changes . Results: Patients were age , weight , height, time of surgery , reproductive history, type of surgery , etc. In general , the difference was not statistically significant ( P gt ; 0.05 ) Compared with group B , group A after extubation after surgery to 12 hours after surgery , the de facto VAS pain scores were lower, the fentanyl with less , the difference was statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; but after 13-24 hours , two VAS pain score difference was not statistically significant ( P gt ; 0.05 ) , and both were not fentanyl . The two sets of Ramsay sedation score , the incidence of adverse reactions was no significant difference ( P GT ; 0.05 ) . Parecoxib sodium intravenously before all patients , after intravenous injection of 12h, 24h and different time points after intravenous injection of coagulation , renal function difference was not statistically significant ( P gt ; 0.05 ) Conclusion : parecoxib sodium preemptive analgesia combined with low dose fentanyl for laparoscopic surgery postoperative analgesia exactly 12 hours after surgery to reduce opioid consumption , does not affect blood coagulation and renal function , Vice The reaction rate.
