Abstract


We all know that, with the reform and opening up and China's accession to the WTO, China's shipping market is gradually opening to the outside world, foreign well-known shipping companies have vied for the shipping market in China, and carve up the market share of China's shipping, so that China's shipping enterprises, especially container liner companies are facing brutal challenges and fierce competition, all in order in an increasingly open and liberalized international shipping pattern can effectively expand the share of world trade and navigation resources, but also to do to minimize the shipping the impact of the liberalization of China's shipping industry, the fundamental way out is only one: to improve the competitiveness of China's shipping industry to improve the competitiveness of China's container liner companies is an increasingly urgent and important issue, especially in the rapid development of container . This paper was originally one of the key research project of the Ministry of Communications, as one of the members of the Task Force, I have repeatedly participate in the discussion and modification of the subject, has repeatedly requested the shipping the Expert discussion and consultation, the shipping experts ask the shipping competitiveness. On several occasions along with the group members went to the well-known shipping companies at home and abroad, especially container liner companies to conduct research, and through the despatch of a large number of large domestic and foreign shipping companies, shippers of freight forwarding companies questionnaire survey, in the recovery of these questionnaires the same time discriminating, so that we get a lot and valuable first-hand shipping companies and market data and the actual situation of enterprises from domestic and international shipping, using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematical evaluation methods, more scientific and reasonable competitiveness of the domestic and foreign well-known shipping companies were evaluated. This thesis is built on the basis of the above research data and corporate competitiveness, through the introduction of domestic and foreign shipping companies as a whole market of China's large shipping companies control, operation and management ability, and held following the development capacity and extension of industry support The ability to analyze, and then the problems for China's large shipping companies, how to solve the problem of large shipping companies less competitive discussed the weaknesses of the domestic large-scale shipping competitiveness of enterprises, the improvement measures. The significance of the study of the competitiveness of enterprises in domestic and international shipping is to enhance the competitiveness of China's shipping enterprises to improve the status of China's shipping enterprises in the domestic and foreign well-known shipping companies, apart from many competitors. The purpose of this paper is to hope for China's shipping enterprises, especially container liner companies pointed out that a reform of its own weaknesses, while improving the competitiveness among many shipping companies. In addition, to improve the competitiveness of shipping companies will not happen overnight, it involves many sectors of the country should cooperate with and support, especially in the countries from the macro policy to be tilted. And in practice there are many, many in the research, discussion does not take into account the problems, so the paper alone can improve the competitiveness of China's shipping enterprises, it is unrealistic and impossible.
