Abstract


Objective To detect the the AECOPD patients treated serum hs-CRP and SP - D changes for COPD clinical significance . Methods 41 patients with COPD , to detect acute onset of COPD patients before treatment and one week and two weeks of serum hs-CRP and SP -D levels of treatment has improved , and select 30 healthy subjects as a control group , comparison between the two groups detecting differences in the results . Then the subjects were divided into smoking and non-smoking group , and compare the differences . Results (1) for acute exacerbation of COPD patients, serum hs-CRP and SP - D water higher than that of the control group . (2 ) treatment has improved , levels of serum hs-CRP and SP - D water average decline. In this experiment, hs-CRP levels than SP - D reduced even more apparent. (3 ) compared to patients with AECOPD smoking group and the non-smoking group before treatment and no significant difference in serum levels of SP-D and hs-CRP . For healthy people group analysis , the smoking group serum SP - D and hs-CRP level is higher than the serum levels of non-smoking group . Conclusion hs-CRP and SP - D in the body rise can prompt the body's systemic inflammatory state , can guide the treatment of the acute phase of COPD . The two indicators decline also reflects the improvement of acute exacerbation of COPD . hs-CRP sensitivity superior to SP - D . Smoking for the AECOPD patients SP - D and hs-CRP no effect .
