Abstract


\The symbol is a generalized concept of cultural anthropology , different cultures have different backgrounds and disciplines its definition and presentation . Symbol of literary theory in literary works mainly refers to an expression of it through metaphors and hints specific image , stimulate the reader's active imagination and re-creation , resulting in an objective meaning beyond the meaning of the image itself . This paper divided into three chapters , mainly from the three perspectives in literature symbol. The first chapter from the perspective of a symbolic body produces its essence symbolic connotations . From the relationship between people and the world to see , and the fit is a symbol of the world produced an objective basis ; Judging from the way of thinking , a symbol of the essential characteristics of the invisible in the visible is blending , blending commonality in personality, blending general to special ; express way from look , a symbol which is not directly say , through the image of the metaphor and suggestive function , stimulate the imagination and emotional experience , so as to achieve the purpose of verbal communication means . The second chapter mainly from an aesthetic perspective to symbolize the aesthetic implication . Prevalent strange symbol creation , simplification phenomena and poetic philosophical tendencies were brought to the text delays aesthetic , artistic tension and profound significance ; symbolic works of aesthetic appreciation of hazy and clear the back of the anti- as a symbol of the creation of the image provides an important revelation requires us in the creation of both consciously seek convergence . The third chapter is discussed in terms of appreciation from critics in the literary interpretation of the symbol of the problem . Thus , any interpretation of a symbol for a single approach to determine are unscientific .
