Abstract


Objective: amendments to improve the preparation of hemodialysis patients Quality of Life Scale validate its scientific and practical application of the scale of the measurement and analysis of clinical hemodialysis patients , the treatment and care of hemodialysis patients for clinical work provide guidance to better improve the quality of life of hemodialysis patients . Methods: hemodialysis patients quality of life scale clinical status of investigation . Refer to survive World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale and the design principles of the international universal scale re- division of the scale dimension and the use of statistical methods to modify and improve the scale , then scale feasibility analysis , validity analysis , reliability analysis univariate analysis methods to verify the scale to be discussed . Results: ( 1) the acceptance of the survey was 100 % completion rate of 100 % , the average completion time of 7.54 minutes , the maximum time of 10 minutes , the shortest time of 5 minutes . The scale has good acceptability . ( 2 ) The validity verification the : ① construct validity : Scale overall fit chi -square value (CMIN) 114.168 , degrees of freedom (DF) 134 , CMIN / DF value of 0.852 , P = 0.750 , GFI for 0.968 AGFI 0.935 scale factor structure model fit well ; ② content validity degrees : each entry score and the correlation coefficient scores above 0.6 , indicating that each entry where dimension has a high correlation sex ; description of this scale has good validity . ( 3 ) Reliability Verification : ① half reliability method to calculate the scale reliability coefficient R .9052 ; ② The scale dimension Chronbach 's a coefficient in between 0.7581-0.8978 , overall Chronbach's a coefficient of 0.8806 ; illustrate the amount of the table has a good reliability . ( 4 ) reaction degree of validation : an interval of 2 weeks , repeated measurement scale survey score before and after the treatment of various dimensions t values ??between 1.831-6.427 , each P value outside F2 are lt ; 0.01 scale has good degree of reaction . Conclusion: Quality of Life Scale hemodialysis patients with good acceptability , reliability , validity and responsiveness is viable , credible , accurate , sensitive ; research tool for the evaluation of the quality of life in hemodialysis patients selected reference for clinical treatment and care of patients , but also for future research and application of accumulated experience .
