Abstract


Water is the source of life , it is human to maintain its own existence an important and indispensable resources . Based on the water is an integral part of the existence of life (sex ) , water ancient philosophy , especially in the early Chinese philosophy is an important concept . This article attempts to comb through the concept of \Ideological system in the Qin Dynasty in China , after the construction and development of various Coutribution Road , Law , water culvert satisfied ontological , methodological significance , its not only a philosophical concept, more aesthetic imagery and moral symbol.
