Abstract


Objective: To study the compound Chinese medicine renal White Ning diabetic nephropathy rat model of early intervention to observe the impact of kidney tissue AGEs generated to explore the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy and renal White Treatment of its efficacy and mechanism of action . Method : experimental study , the experimental animals were randomly divided into sham group , model group , renal White Ning treatment group ( traditional Chinese medicine group ) , Lotensin control group . Left kidney removed STZ-induced diabetic nephropathy rat model , renal White Ning treatment group renal White Ning extract dissolved in saline , formulated as a suspension , given 2.97g/kg ( containing crude drug ) , 1 / days , by gavage , 2ml / times ; Lotensin control group dissolved in saline , formulated as a suspension , be Lotensin moderate dose of 0.9mg/kg , 1 times / day , orally , 2ml / times . Model group and the sham group were given the same volume of saline 2 ml / day , orally . The observed renal White Ning to its excretion in urine trace protein expression using qualitative and quantitative immunohistochemical detection of renal tissue AGEs urine NAG, ACR, mice , kidney weight and body weight changes ; drug intervention . Results : 12 Zhou Houguang microscope the model group glomerular capillaries ball shrinking balloon lumen slightly increased glomerular afferent arterioles mild endothelial cell proliferation and fibrosis , slightly thickened basement membrane , distal convoluted tubule expansion of renal interstitial congestion, edema , blood cell infiltration , and mild interstitial fibrosis . Chinese Medicines body weight increase significantly better than the the Lotensin control group , kidney weight index both showed a downward trend , but the difference was not significant . Chinese Medicines in 12 weeks with the sham group , model group compared with microalbuminuria, there is a significant difference ; the Chinese Medicines AGEs significantly reduce ; sham group visible expression of a small amount of AGEs , kidney white Ning treatment group , Lotensin AGEs expression in renal tissue of the control group and the model group was significantly higher compared with sham group , renal white Ning treatment group and the the Lotensin control group AGEs expression reduced compared with the model group , the the white kidney Ning treatment group AGEs expression Lotensin new control group decreased The differences were significant . Conclusion : Renal White would rather increase the weight of the mice body , improve kidney weight / body weight ratio , can significantly improve urine albumin protein , a significant reduction in renal tissue AGEs content , protect and improve the role of the kidneys .
