Abstract


The mine safety is the prominent question to ensure the mine enterprise healthy development.In the grim safety situation, mining enterprises continuously strengthen the safety education and training in order to improve stafety level and seek better ways to improve the safety level of themselves. The safety media that communicate safety information can play the very role to be the last defense and be the tools of long-term education. In this dissertation, the media to covey safety information are named the safety ads.because they have the same way to convey information and have the same objects with traditional ads.The safety ads.of mine in this dissertation is defined as:To transfer safety information to the crowds of mine, using various media, with planned, and aimed. They includes safety signs (the first kinds of safety ads of mine) and print materials and slogans etc.,which spread the safety culture or promote safety concept (the second kinds of safety ads of mine).Based the study of related theoretical knowledge (mainly the related portion of traditional advertising and ergonomics), established of the measure system of first kind safety ads of mine, and study the process of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method using the measure system of first kind safety ads of mine. Proposed using the painting to be the tool to transfer safety information during escape from danger zone. Proposed the way to paint to the Direction sign on the wind pipe and water pipe to improve the effect of the first kinds of safety ads of mine. And according to the principle of visual graphic symbols, design a kind of direction mark symbol According to traditional advertising theory and experience, presents the second safety advertising information fatigue problems exist in the domestic mining enterprises, and put forward the improvement methods. Analyzing the measure of the second kinds of safety ads of mine and other factors, according to its characteristic, put forward the improvement methods. Made the actual application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and he measure system of first kind safety ads of mine in a coal mine to evaluate the effect of a safety sign installed atter the transportation to prevent grilled wire rope accident, then put forward the improvement methods, in order to promote the safety level in production.
