Abstract


Objective: To evaluate the impact of the the renal Naozhongxiao protein kinase C activity in the kidney of diabetic nephropathy . Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into sham group , the the streptozotocin group of single kidney removal surgery , excision of a single kidney of streptozotocin the renal Naozhongxiao group , single kidney excision chain STZ E Beisha Tan group , experiments were conducted for 16 weeks. Results : the kidney Naozhongxiao and irbesartan intervention treatment significantly reduce Upro, reducing the ] mPKC and M / C increased cPKC ( P lt; 0.01 ) , renal pathological changes . Conclusion : Clinical studies show that the The renal Naozhongxiao by inhibiting the activity of PKC in turn delay the occurrence of DN .
