Abstract


The biochip technology combines the latest technology for the life sciences , chemical , micro-electronics technology , computer science , life bioinformatics and other disciplines . It makes the emergence of large-scale , efficient analysis of the function of the gene and its expression in a variety of circumstances possible to effectively solve the difficulties encountered by traditional biological methods . To facilitate the detection , the advantages of a large quantity of information , it caused a great deal of attention and high enthusiasm of the technology sector , its broad application prospects also attracted the attention of the industry . It will be the LSI another far-reaching scientific and technological revolution . CCD biochip reader with its powerful , high detection efficiency , simple operation and well developed , but also almost empty . Developed a superior performance , reasonable price , with independent intellectual property rights , a CCD Biochip detector suitable for market demand prototype , to lay the foundation for the formation of the industry, have a good social and economic benefits . In this paper, two testing instruments analyze the biochip technology laser confocal biochip scanner and CCD biochip detector works on the basis of the performance characteristics , combined with our existing technology of microelectronics lithography equipment , proposed a practical CCD biochip detector design . Building block dislocation fly-eye lens to achieve uniform illumination design , solve the problem of multi-wavelength excitation light source evenly lighting technology ; high efficiency of large numerical aperture objective lens to collect the fluorescence signal , the rational design of narrowband filter to try to eliminate the excitation light the impact of the emission fluorescence stray light , and CCD detection and greatly reduced the cross-coupling between the excitation and emission fluorescence detection selection of the 12 cooling science zero level , in order to improve the detection sensitivity and dynamic range . Achieve the image processing , image smoothing, to noise, image sharpening, etc. filtering algorithm , in order to further improve the detection result of the signal - to - noise ratio , and automatic positioning and the automatic identification of the background noise signal spot specialized algorithms to ensure that the image analysis results accuracy. The experimental results show that the design and development of instruments to meet the design requirements , has a good application prospect .
