Effect of Moxibustion on the GC Signal Pathway in Synoviocyte of Experimental RA

Objective: based on conclusive evidence of RA rabbit anti-inflammatory effects of moxibustion on experimental observation of moxibustion of experimental RA rabbit synovial cells glucocorticoid hormone ( GC ) signaling pathway , revealing moxibustion treatment of experimental RA anti- inflammatory effect of molecular signaling mechanisms . Methods: 36 Japanese white rabbits , weight, gender stratified randomly divided into control group ( blank control group ) , the RA model group ( model group ) and moxibustion treatment group ( treatment group) (n = 12) hungry animals. Average injection of Freund's complete adjuvant ( FCA ) on 0.5ml/kg bw model group and treatment group animals double rear knee joint cavity , blank group animals using the same method of injection volume of sterile saline as a control . Boyz moxibustion bilateral \Blank group and the model group was fixed , but not moxibustion therapy . Modeling before and after treatment days 3,6,9,12,15,18,21 were measured with a soft tape around each rabbit knee circumference. The rabbits were sacrificed 21 days after treatment , knee synovial tissue , the use of gene chips and bioinformatics analysis to detect , analyze synovial cells glucocorticoid ( GC ) signaling pathway 36 signal molecule expression . Results: modeling , rabbits left , right after the circumference of the knee was no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) ; each time point after modeling, model group left , right knee circumference was significantly higher than those in the normal group ( P lt ; 0.01 ) , persistent inflammation model : treatment the moxibustion group left , right knee circumference decreased compared with the model group ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , anti - inflammatory swelling prompt moxibustion . Model group and blank group , GC signaling pathways abnormally activated , a large number of pro-inflammatory signaling molecules upregulated ; compare the treatment group and the model group , the GC pathway partially inhibited inflammation -related signaling molecules were up-regulated , some of the signaling molecules There was no significant up or down ( not statistically significant ) , but the signaling molecules associated with anti-inflammation upward trend downward trend associated with pro-inflammatory signaling molecules . Conclusion: moxibustion has anti-inflammatory swelling effect , the regulation of moxibustion on experimental RA synovial cells of glucocorticoid hormones ( GC ) signaling pathway may play an important mechanism of the anti-inflammatory effects .
