Abstract


Objective: To observe Jianpihuashitang Stasis Decoction on the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer , and to explore its mechanism . Methods: 30 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group 15 cases , taking Jianpihuashitang stasis detoxification side , and the joint FOLFOX chemotherapy ; control group 15 cases , simple to FOLFOX chemotherapy . Two groups were compared remission of clinical symptoms before and after treatment to improve the general condition , changes in serum tumor markers and the extent of adverse reactions to chemotherapy , to quantify the score as efficacy evaluation and statistical analysis the two groups in terms of the differences in these indicators . Results : The treatment group of TCM syndromes effective rate of 86.67% in the control group was 60.00% , the two groups were statistically significant differences (P lt; 0.05), indicating that the treatment group in relieving symptoms of clinical efficacy was significantly than the control group . Two groups of patients before treatment Karnofsky score was no significant difference , but in the two groups after treatment Karnofsky score showed a significant difference (P lt; 0.05), indicating that the treatment group in improving the general condition of patients is superior to the control group . CEA in colorectal cancer have a certain diagnosis , two groups of patients before treatment CEA levels between the two groups was no significant difference in the after treatment showed a statistically significant difference , indicating lower CEA levels in the treatment group compared with the control group, there are aspects of certain advantages . Recent treated tumor objective response rate was 33.33% , slightly better than the control group 20.00% . No statistically significant difference (P gt; 0.05). Conclusion: Jianpihuashitang stasis detoxification side in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer , with improved clinical symptoms and general condition of the body , reduce the side effects of chemotherapy and other effects, worthy of promotion.
