Abstract


Objective : To investigate the cooling Xiaofengsan Treatment of subacute eczema clinical efficacy, and to investigate the subacute eczema in blood interleukin- 8 (interleukin-8, IL-8) and monocyte chemotactic factor 1 (monocyte chemotactic protein 1, MCP -1 ) expression and cooling Xiaofengsan party on its expression . Methods : A total of 180 cases of subacute eczema patients were randomly divided into treatment group ( cooling Xiaofeng party group ) , control group 1 ( Xiaofengsan group ) , and control group 2 ( western medicine group ) , observation of clinical efficacy . Peripheral blood using ELISA IL-8 and MCP-1 expression and cooling of the party after the intervention changes Xiaofeng preliminary study . Results : 1. Three groups of patients with subacute eczema after treatment, symptoms, signs in varying degrees of improvement. Among them, the total effective rate was 96.7 % in the control group, the total effective rate was a 81.7% of the control group 2 with a total effective rate was 58.3% , the statistical treatment , the treatment group and control a difference between the groups was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.0125), control group 2 with the former two groups were significantly different (P lt; 0.0125) 2. three groups of patients with subacute eczema serum IL-8 and MCP-1 levels were significantly higher in healthy people , the there was statistically significant difference in test 3 by cooling Xiaofengsan side after treatment , subacute eczema serum IL-8 and MCP-1 concentrations decreased , compared with the control group, there were significant differences (P lt; 0.05) Conclusion: cool blood Xiaofeng side of the subacute eczema better effect ; IL-8 and MCP-1 in patients with subacute eczema enhanced expression in the pathogenesis is important.
