Abstract


Colleges and universities in recent years public health emergencies occur frequently, especially the wanton popular of infectious diseases, has brought new challenges to the education and management of colleges and universities, university infectious disease prevention and control problems in recent years, higher education management within the key and difficult issues. Comprehensive and in-depth research universities infectious disease prevention and control mechanism, the establishment of the University infectious disease prevention and control mechanism for orderly and effective control of colleges and universities spread of infectious diseases, protect the stability of Higher Education Management carried out to protect the personal safety of teachers and students, maintenance university teaching and living in harmony, has important theoretical and practical significance.
