Abstract


Objective: Each bibliometric indicators proposed, has its specific historical background, have their specific properties and evaluation function, there will be some limitations. Because journal evaluation is a very complex task, which involves wide field, discipline differences, if only a single indicator used often difficult to fully and accurately evaluate journals, and there is currently no comprehensive and accurate an indicator to reveal the full value of academic journals. If each of the indicators were used to evaluate the journal, then this can only be evaluated in isolation, rather than comprehensive. Therefore, this study fully understand the actual meaning of each indicator, the number of indicators used to complement each other, through the establishment of a simplified quantitative analysis and evaluation of a new journal evaluation system used to evaluate the quality of the academic medical journals. Methods: \First, the introduction of 107 kinds of journals funded papers ratio, total citations, impact factor, immediacy index, 5-year impact factor, he cited rate, Paper volume, h index which eight academic quality evaluation index data by using variance based rights The comprehensive evaluation method to determine the eight indicators for each of the data on the weight, and secondly, and then choose the larger index as weights to build comprehensive evaluation index system of evaluation. Then, using AHP to determine the weights of the selected indicators. Finally, the use of medical class composite index model to evaluate the statistical source journals, periodicals comprehensive index to get the sort to complete the evaluation of the journal. Results: 8 academic quality evaluation by using variance based right to comprehensive evaluation method to obtain immediacy index, the Fund paper over, impact factor, 5-year impact factor these four heavily weighted index, its weight and reached 98.9% accounted absolutely important position. This four indicators integrated into a comprehensive index to accurately reflect the different scientific journals of academic quality and academic standards. Conclusion: In this study, based on a comprehensive assessment of the variance rights law and AHP, initially constructed a four evaluation index composed of the academic quality of medical journals to simplify the quantitative analysis and evaluation of a new comprehensive evaluation index system. Application of comprehensive index evaluation method and the dynamic clustering index system for the empirical study show that the index system logical layers, there are certain scientific and feasible. Use of two comprehensive evaluation method evaluation results in good agreement.
