Abstract


Throughout the history of the international home appliance company's growth and development, diversification is to expand the size of the household electrical appliance enterprises to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, fast and effective way to achieve a sustainable growth of enterprises. However, China's household electrical appliance enterprises in a wide range of business practice, the unfortunate loser. Existing business is also facing two problems: First, the price war is endless, seriously affecting the long-term development of enterprises; Second, in case of excess production capacity, how can we better go out and truly become a household appliance power? Chinese enterprises and multinational corporations still can not get rid of the smaller, high-tech field strength is weak, the lack of core technology, technological innovation capability is not strong, core competencies disadvantage. From a global perspective, China's large companies can really compete with multinational companies, large corporations has not yet been formed, need further development. Therefore carefully study the theory of diversification, to sum up the experience and lessons of diversified business, and growth of strategic significance for the further development of China's household electrical appliance enterprises. This article is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the theoretical review, discussed Prahalad and Hamel's core competence theory that only the establishment of the core competencies, in order to have a sustainable competitive advantage; as well as of Tarun of Kaen Na and Kelishena wear Lipp \development of enterprises is unrealistic; Haier and Chunlan diversification of household electrical appliance enterprises diversified business reasons and advantages, it is reasonable to consider that the diversification of the household electrical appliance enterprises; Chapter for diversification in some of the problems, especially the price wars and cross-border financial difficulties, analysis, and Little Swan and Gree, for example, that diversification and professional management made a comparison it is necessary to get rid of the current low the situation of the level of competition; Journal of Sichuan University Chapter of the first two chapters based on the analysis of the company's business strategy at home and abroad selected examples, explain the strategy to be taken in the process of growth, development and growth of enterprises, design corporate diversification path.
