Abstract


With the continuous improvement of human understanding of the quality of the environment, the issue of radioactivity in building materials more and more people's attention. Rays emitted by radioactive substances on the human body damage caused by the imperceptible internal and external irradiation. Radioactivity Levels before the use of building materials for building materials is an important means to reduce radioactive contamination. In this paper, the gamma-ray detection theory and technology of domestic and foreign practice of building materials radioactive detection depth study. Domestic and outside the building materials radioactive detector multi commercial computer, standard computer card with the function of the instrument, such as radiation detection probe combined into a test platform and virtual detector, such high accuracy spectrometer, friendly interface portable measurement can not meet the site requirements. Microcontroller as the main form of radioactive detector volume, low power consumption suitable for field measurements portable, but the limitations of the microcontroller function is difficult to implement complex data processing functions, so accuracy is often relatively poor, and the man-machine interface is not very good. The paper mainly discussed based on the radioactive detection principle as well as the overall system implementation, design and development of a PC/104 as the core, by a scintillation counter, pulse shaping and amplifying circuit, the peak hold device PKD-01, ISA capture cards PM510, application software, etc. constitute the pulse peak detection and gamma spectroscopy data acquisition system; sources of error of the system, based on the research presented both to improve the signal-to-noise ratio, reducing the statistical EDS analysis of the fluctuations of the data processing method of least squares to move smoothing method \method; paper also proposed to ensure the measurement accuracy of the system \Finally, the man-machine interface, interrupt collection procedures, serial communication program application software design. Through more development work, the system not only has a friendly interface, high detection accuracy, but also portable for field measurements of building materials production fully automated, computer-based building materials radioactive detector, the instrument detected in radioactive materials effects and good prospects for the application.
