Abstract


Historical practice shows that the growth of foreign enterprises in developed countries , diversity is an important way for enterprises to achieve sustained growth in today 's increasingly competitive market , Chinese enterprises how to implement diversity has become an urgent critical issues . In the many factors affecting the diversification , diversification of Chinese enterprises to analyze the problem from the perspective of the main business . Describe the main business of the diversified businesses operating conditions , this paper defines the prominent main business level of this indicator to reflect the degree of attention of the main business and enterprise resources invested in the main business centralization and decentralization , Also prominent main business, the best measure of the level of He Fenda index .
