Abstract


Criminal Reconciliation System is a new criminal thought originated in Western society , the system and the theory of recovery implies the victim , offender rehabilitation and social recovery balance protection of a variety of value is a depenalization , victim protection , crime the people are very creative system of re- socialization and other aspects . Firstly, the theory of criminal reconciliation in the Western society , the development of a systematic introduced , followed by the Criminal Reconciliation System Analysis of multi-angle , digging deeper concept of criminal justice , and on this basis from both positive and negative aspects of the reconciliation system for an objective evaluation .
