Abstract


The Future Competitive talent competition , as an important content of the human resource management , performance management is an important issue that can not be avoided in all enterprises . Performance management will fundamentally promote the comprehensive development of human resources development and management theory , will greatly improve the enterprise management level . However, due to various reasons , China 's enterprise performance management in running them , there are many problems . Performance management of Chinese enterprises operating problems can be attributed to three areas: performance management system is not perfect, the running resistance performance management and performance management measures are difficult to implement . The analysis of these three issues , the root cause can be found , this is mainly due to the Chinese enterprises is still relatively little practical experience of performance management , performance management systems a clear understanding , not pay attention to performance management culture and performance management of the operating environment run insecure . Identify the root of the problem of China 's Enterprise Performance Management running after the corresponding countermeasures to address these issues : (1) to build a complete performance management is running ; (2 ) to create the appropriate environment for performance management to run ; (3) establish a performance management running protection mechanisms . The purpose of this study is the hope that through this study , to be able to sort out the ideas for the operation of this complex system of performance management , provide a useful reference for business leaders and human resource managers in the implementation of the performance management system .
